Born from a rich tradition of hospitality and expertise, Kalkan Escapes is a seasoned villa and apartment rental agency, and a subsidiary of the prestigious Akdeniz Villam.
Akdeniz Villam was established in Kalkan in 2014, originally serving Turkish guests and quickly becoming one of the region's leading villa rental agencies. Building on that experience, Kalkan Escapes was created to welcome guests from the United Kingdom, Europe and beyond.
Our aim is simple: to make your holiday accessible, comfortable and memorable. From comprehensive guidance and fair value to peace of mind and attentive service, we are here for both family getaways and quiet retreats by the sea.
