Ground Floor

The villa features a spacious open-plan design on the ground floor, which includes a living area, kitchen, dining area, and first bedroom. The living space is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, offering amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, and hob. The dining table for 4 is also situated in the kitchen.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for guests.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The first floor is occupied by the villa's second bedroom, which is the master bedroom and the indoor pool on the enclosed roof terrace. The curtain system can cover the pool area, which is highly suitable for people who give importance to their privacy. There are also two sun loungers and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Outdoors

The patio has been designed to allow you to enjoy outdoor life with privacy, featuring a tall wall shielding the terrace from onlookers. The terrace boasts sun loungers, outdoor seating, a dining table for alfresco meals, a BBQ, a swing seat, and parasols encircling the private swimming pool.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £20 per day.
