Villa Gaia Residence, previously known as Villa Ada 2, is a luxurious and spacious villa situated within a short walk of Kalkan's town centre. This amazing property provides guests with easy access to the town's dining, shopping, and popular beach clubs.

The villa is packed with premium amenities, including a private infinity pool, a gym, a pool table, and table tennis. New additions enhance the outdoor experience, featuring a poolside bar, a roof terrace bar, and a roof terrace jacuzzi tub. 

The villa enjoys a fantastic setting just a 5-minute walk from the popular Kalamar Road with its excellent restaurants such as Kitchen by Korsan, Cafe Vita, Porcini, and The Brothers Restaurants. Kalkan's Old Town, the harbour, and the beach are just a 15-18 minute walk away. The spa facilities at the Elixir Hotel are also located just a 5-minute stroll from the villa.

Ground Floor

This level features 2 spacious double en-suite bedrooms, one of which includes a stylish round jacuzzi bath. There is also a quiet, Turkish-style walled garden and a private gym area with a cross trainer and treadmill. A pool table and table tennis are also available here for guest leisure.

First Floor (Entrance Floor)

This floor is entirely devoted to the open plan main living and dining area, which features a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous dining area. The space is flooded with light via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which open directly onto the pool terrace, offering lovely sea and mountain views and access to the private pool, al fresco dining area, and spacious sunbathing terraces.

Second Floor

This floor houses 3 further bedrooms (two double and one twin). All rooms feature modern en-suite bathrooms and private seaview balconies. The spacious master bedroom on this floor is a highlight, featuring a freestanding jacuzzi bathtub set on a raised decked area, complemented by a large private balcony.

Third/Top Floor

The top floor features the second magnificent master bedroom suite. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, double basins, WCs, and a double jacuzzi bathtub. This suite offers direct access to the private roof terrace with comfortable seating, a jacuzzi tub, a private bar, and stunning sea views.

Outdoors

The villa's exterior is designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring a large private infinity pool complete with an al-fresco dining area, a poolside bar, and a stone BBQ. The spacious terraces offer ample sunbathing and shaded space. The property also benefits from its own private gated car park.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
