Villa Grande is recently renovated by its architect owner after purchase, has now been transformed into a peaceful, spacious, and well-maintained retreat. The walls surrounding the property are adorned with flowers, roses, and trees, creating a calming and eye-pleasing environment. Villa Grande comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms. It features a table tennis table (new for the 2025 season), a spa room with a double jacuzzi bath offering outstanding sea views, a rooftop kitchenette, and a delightful roof terrace with stunning sunsets, ideal for pre-dinner drinks before heading into town, reading books, enjoying a morning coffee, or simply relaxing and chatting.

This fantastic rental villa is located in the lower Kisla area and is just a 5-minute walk from popular beach clubs and water sports facilities, such as Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, Mahal Beach Club, and Seapro Water Sports.

The villa is beautifully set out over four floors as follows:

Ground Floor

The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan living and dining area. The living space has inviting and plush comfortable seating, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool terrace.

The circular dining table comfortably accommodates 8 guests, and the well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for an additional 3 people.

The first of the villa’s seven bedrooms is situated on this level.

Bedroom 1 is a flexible twin room containing a standard single bed and a comfortable, high-quality folding single bed. The shower room is located just outside the room to the left in the hallway. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, and wardrobes. This bedroom can be arranged as a double upon request.

First Floor

This floor houses 3 further well-appointed bedrooms, all offering lovely sea views.

To the left, Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a Juliette balcony. This bedroom can be arranged as a double upon request.

In the middle, Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a balcony.

To the right, Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a balcony.

Second Floor

This floor features 3 additional bedrooms, mirroring the layout of the first floor. Each also offers delightful sea views.

To the left, Bedroom 5 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a Juliette balcony. This bedroom can be arranged as a double upon request.

In the middle, Bedroom 6 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a balcony.

To the right, Bedroom 7 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes and a balcony.

Rooftop Floor

Ascend to the rooftop level, it features a spa room with a double jacuzzi bathtub, where guests can unwind while enjoying superb sea views. A convenient kitchenette with bar stools is also located here. The roof terrace offers panoramic views and is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor seating.

Outdoors

The spacious patio terrace offers ample space for relaxation and features a refreshing swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a swing seat. A comfy sofa set is also provided, along with two al fresco dining areas and a BBQ, which is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

You can also enjoy a table tennis table for a bit of friendly competition.

The prices listed below are based on an occupancy of 12 guests (the maximum capacity is 14). For parties of 13 or 14, an additional charge of £40 per person per night will apply for each guest beyond the initial 12.
