Villa Hecky

Villa Hecky is a beautiful semi-detached villa located in the elevated Kalamar area of Kalkan, offering truly exceptional views overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. The villa features three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The first-floor bedrooms boast sea-facing balconies, while the rooftop bedroom has a large terrace that showcases the stunning beauty of Kalkan. The interior design of Villa Hecky is characterised by a chic and spacious ambience. The open-plan living area is equipped with a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The outdoor area of the villa provides an ideal setting for relaxation and sunbathing during your stay. It offers a substantial amount of space, including a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. The villa is situated in close proximity to the town centre of Kalkan, approximately a 4-5 minute taxi ride away. It is also conveniently located for those wishing to visit the Lures, Kalamar, and Kulube Beach Clubs, which are accessible via a 20-minute downhill walk.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Rooftop/Second floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features 2 comfortable gray color sofas, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
