Villa Karpuz is located in the Guvercinlik region of Bodrum, Turkey's most sought-after holiday destination. Villa Karpuz is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Guvercinlik and just 15 minutes away from Bodrum.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms 3 and 4 share an en-suite shower room.

Living Room

The living room features two plush sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully equipped modern kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. There is also a circular dining table in the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a shaded outdoor seating area, two al fresco dining tables and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
