Villa Pi

We're thrilled to add Villa Pi to our portfolio. This exquisite property boasts a prime location just above Kalkan's picturesque harbour road, offering breathtaking sea views that will make your holiday truly unforgettable.

Villa Pi has been finished in July 2025 and thoughtfully crafted to maximise its elevated position and panoramic outlook over Kalkan Bay. The villa combines contemporary architecture with stylish interiors, creating a light and airy atmosphere throughout.

Villa Pi features 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its en-suite shower room, modern interiors, cinema room, and light-filled spaces, making it perfect for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Kalkan.

The villa is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from Kalkan’s harbour and Old Town. There is also a choice of four beach clubs nearby – Yali, Likya Gardens, Cakil, and Indigo Beach Club, all of which are easily accessible and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing by the sea.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfortable seating area with plush furnishings, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer is also available. Sliding glass doors open onto the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, coffee machine, and stove. It also features a breakfast bar seating four and a separate dining table for eight. You'll find a complete selection of dishes, pots, and utensils for all your cooking and dining needs during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive sun terrace boasts a private swimming pool. Guests can unwind on the provided sun loungers, enjoying the shade of parasols. You will also find shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £400, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
