Villa Rainbow

Villa Rainbow, located in the Kisla district of Kalkan, ensures an unparalleled sea views of Kalkan and Fırnaz Bays. This luxurious villa has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature balconies, while the rooftop bedroom has a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table, providing the perfect spot to witness the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bath covered by glass windows, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking vistas. The living area and kitchen embody modernity and sleekness. The exterior of the villa is equally impressive with a spacious pool terrace that houses a swimming pool, outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area. Set at the back of the villa is a vast garden teeming with a variety of trees. Notably, Villa Rainbow is just a five-minute walk from popular beach clubs, restaurants and a local market in the area.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Twin Beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. This room does not have en-suite facilities; guests will need to use the shower rooms and WCs located in other bedrooms. Please also note that as this bedroom is built into the eaves, some areas have very limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The living room has modern furnitures, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace with swimming pool features sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
