Villa Saturn

Villa Saturn, located in Kalkan's Kordere area, provides various leisure and enjoyment facilities, including a sauna, a jacuzzi, a table tennis table, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

The design of this villa offers panoramic sea views from various angles, contributing to a calm environment. The enclosed pool area adds to Villa Saturn's appeal for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and relaxation.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its en-suite shower room, offering ample accommodation for guests. Villa Saturn is situated less than 10 minutes by taxi from the centre of Kalkan and is within walking distance of several local supermarkets.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor comprises a living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and the first bedroom, all offering remarkable sea views. The living area has two substantial sofas, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table set, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. A dining table accommodating 6 people complements the kitchen. Access to the pool terrace is facilitated through sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. At the end of the bedroom, sliding glass doors lead to an indoor pool, which can be heated for an additional fee. The pool is surrounded by two-sided floor-to-ceiling glass panels, allowing plenty of natural light. You can also access the main pool terrace directly from the bedroom.

First Floor

The first level comprises the additional bedrooms as well as a designated laundry area.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. This bedroom also features a sauna and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony.

Outdoors

The outdoor space at Villa Saturn offers plenty of places to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The villa boasts a generous infinity saltwater pool with a shallow section at one end. The shallow section has 2 sun loungers, while additional outdoor facilities comprise 4 more sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table that accommodates 6 people, a swing seat, and a BBQ. A table tennis table is also available at the rear of the villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

Please note that access to this property is steep and not asphalt in the last 700-800 metres. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended.

The villa is accessed via a good number of steps from the parking area. Therefore, it is not ideal for guests who have mobility issues.

The villa's construction included the addition of a small, independent apartment on the lower floor( garage level ). The entrances and exits for the villa and the apartment are separate, making them independent structures. Furthermore, the villa caretaker lives in another country and comes to the property from time to time.

The indoor pool heating fee is included in the price from 1st October to 30th April. However, It can be heated at an additional cost of £185 per week in the remaining months.
