Villa Sedir Ev is part of a group of 3 neighbouring villas, beautifully situated above Kalkan, offering stunning views over the old town and across the deep blue bay. You might need wings to achieve a more breathtaking vantage point of the Turquoise Coast than this one. Sedir Ev provides ample opportunities for enjoyment, featuring a very long pool, a spacious terrace, and sliding glass doors that allow the view to be enjoyed from nearly every room.

The villa has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, incorporating many natural materials and soothing tones of indigo and terracotta that complement the surrounding landscape. The property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite boasting a large jacuzzi, a generously sized furnished terrace, an indoor plunge pool, and an outdoor infinity swimming pool, all of which check numerous 'wow factor' boxes.

This meticulously cared villa is situated under a 10-minute taxi ride from Kalkan Harbour.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan layout that includes a living area, a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, and designated spaces for dining and lounging. The lounge area is designed for comfort, featuring cosy seating arrangements, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the other utensils required for a self-catering stay, and the dining table seats 6 guests. 

The ground floor also has a separate Guest's WC and a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The ceiling glass doors fill the room with light and provide direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace. The indoor swimming pool is located adjacent to the ground floor double bedroom and can be heated upon request. The sliding doors stretch from the floor to the ceiling, allowing the sea views to fill the room.

First Floor

A sleek set of floating stairs leads up to the first floor, which overlooks the open-plan lounge where the master bedroom is located.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi bathtub, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a sofa, and a private balcony adorned with wooden decking. This balcony offers the finest views in the property and is an ideal place to observe the sun setting behind the mountain.

Outdoors

The property features large glass doors that open from the lounge to the pool terrace, which boasts a private infinity swimming pool complete with a jacuzzi corner and stunning views of the sea and bay. The pool terrace offers 6 sun loungers with parasols, an outdoor seating area, an alfresco dining table accommodating 6 people, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby while maintaining the privacy of individual villas, Sedir Ev can be booked together with Kaya Ev and Ambar Ev to accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.

The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £190 per week in the 2026 season.

The final 150-200 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended.
