Villa Setara is an exclusive collection villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa utilises glass in its construction to enhance the visibility of the surrounding views from various areas of the property. This design feature aims to provide unobstructed landscape sightlines, and it has been designed with contemporary details throughout the property.

Villa Setara features an expansive pool terrace with a lush garden in the front and a table tennis table on the side of the property. The pool of the villa is considerably large and features jacuzzi jets.

The property is located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan, and it is approximately a 10-minute walk along a coastal pathway to the Kalkan town centre, restaurants and shops. Zest, Palm, and Denizim Beach Clubs are within a 2-3 minute walk as well.

Note: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like to book more than one property nearby, Villa Setara is situated next to the 4-bedroom Villa Afsana and close to the 1-bedroom Villa Nana, 4-bedroom Villa Serendipity, and the 3-bedroom Villa Komurluk.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double upon request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double upon request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary internet. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, offering amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, microwave, toaster, oven, extractor fan, and hob.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace has a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a BBQ and al fresco dining area. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
