We are thrilled to introduce Villa Sultanhan, a brand-new luxury rental villa to our 2025 portfolio.

Villa Sultanhan is located in the Ulugol area of Kalkan, providing a relaxing holiday experience distinguished by its secluded setting. Constructed in 2025, this elegant and modern villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests within its 3 bedrooms.

Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking mountain views that surround the property. The interiors feature a sleek and modern design, guaranteeing a luxurious stay.

The property features a large outdoor pool with Roman steps, perfect for a refreshing dip. The expansive outdoor space is furnished with comfortable and stylish pieces, ideal for lounging and enjoying the beautiful Kalkan weather.

Although Villa Sultanhan is situated in a peaceful area, It is just located 5 minutes by car from Kalkan's town centre. The popular beach clubs in the Kisla area can be reached within a 15-minute walk or a 2-3-minute taxi drive.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfortable seating area with plush furnishings, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer is also available. Sliding glass doors open onto the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and stove. It also features a breakfast bar seating six and a separate dining table for six. You'll find a complete selection of dishes, pots, and utensils for all your cooking and dining needs during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive sun terrace boasts a private swimming pool with a shallow end for easy access. Guests can unwind on the provided sun loungers, enjoying the shade of a large parasol. You will also find shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
