Villa Yagmur

Villa Yagmur is situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and boasts five bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa features spacious outdoor living areas, bright, airy interiors, a pool with a Jacuzzi section, table tennis, and a roof terrace with splendid views. The property is a 10-minute from the town centre, restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, and harbour. The Migros supermarket is also only a 5-6 minute walk from the villa.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area. The welcoming living space features two comfortable sofas, a cosy armchair surrounding a stylish coffee table, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a table football set for additional entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with an extractor fan, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooler, sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, and a dining table that can comfortably seat eight guests.

On this level is a double bedroom featuring two bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table accompanied by a stool, and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors provide access to the terrace by the pool.

Furthermore, a shower room and WC on this level are available for guests to use on this floor.

First Floor

This floor contains three further bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

The twin room has a wall-mounted TV, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a stool, and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a Juliette balcony with mountain views. 

Towards the front of the villa, there are two double bedrooms. The 'Blue' double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a stool, and an en-suite bathroom. Its sliding doors open to the shared balcony, offering sea views across the rooftops.  

The third bedroom on this floor is the 'Red' double bedroom, which has a wall-mounted TV, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with a stool, and an en-suite bathroom. Similar to the 'Blue' bedroom, its sliding doors lead to the shared balcony, which provides partial sea views.

Second/Rooftop Floor

The glass door at the top of the stairs provides separate access from the double bedroom to the roof terrace. The bedroom features a Jacuzzi bath surrounded by wooden decking and steps for access, a drinks fridge, a wall-mounted TV, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with stool, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors open up to the spacious roof terrace. On the roof terrace, you'll find a pergola with a dining table, four chairs, and six sun loungers.

Outdoors

The villa is accessed via stone steps from the street and has off-street parking. The pool area features an integrated jacuzzi section and six mesh sun loungers with a large parasol on one side. On the other side of the pool, there's a covered pergola with a built-in BBQ and a large dining table that can seat 8-10 people for al fresco dining. Additionally, there's a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs and a coffee table. Next to the pool are two more mesh sun loungers shaded by a parasol, along with a cosy double swing seat. There is also a mature garden with a grassed area and table tennis at the back of the villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
